STORYLINE: When Fennimore awoke the next day from his "catnap" he saw her smiling at him as she handed him a robe to wear. "It's really in your best interest you don't graduate," she said. "You're not ready. Come on, I'll help you. We can study together." He blushed from embarrassment, but immediately agreed. With someone like her helping him, maybe he would do better. Never did it cross his mind the one who attacked him was not some jerk from Slytherin, but her.

I had a lot of fun with this. Seriously, how can you not have fun with a Harry Potter theme? lol  The robe I am wearing is the Kastle Rock Couture Eyes Wide Shut prize. The hunt ends Oct 7th. The collar is one of the many freebies that can be won at Death Row lucky chairs. My Slink feet match the SLink hands nicely. They're awesome. It's a good investment. For the Y&R pose I did a little gender reversal, (poor Fennimore needs a feisty red-head to keep him out of trouble. lol)

The Eclipse Incident: Night Clan

STORYLINE: As it has always been, the Night Clan stirs when darkness falls over the land. 

If you haven't already picked up the deals at We <3 Role Play, hurry. The August round ends on the 31st. I'm wearing an outfit by Kahli Desgins that can be worn on girls, guys, and even males on female base. The mesh attachements can be edited for a good fit. The outfit includes a lionhead shield and sword. Check out these fun mesh demon hands by Death Row. They are not rigged and have a X,Y,Z resize script. It includes a black glove layer to help blend the demon hand into your skin. Two items shown above I got at the Fantasy Gacha, the pink dragon shoulder pet by Candy Crunchers, and the horns I have on by Aisling. The Candy Horns our lovely Moon Maiden is wearing are from the cheapie section on We <3 Role Play and come in several colors. The gown is from Fateplay and can be worn without or without sleeves. There is a very nice lacing detail on the back of the gown. Both Night Clanners are wearing Fallen Gods skins currently on sale at WLRP. Both come in male and female versions. The poses and the summoning circle are from set kit by Chanimations that includes 5 poses, and a particle special effect for each hand in several colors. For the purpose of image, I made my own FX in postproduction.

Tempus Pillage: WW2 Raid

STORYLINE: Tempus Pirate Herschel Hertz built a nice life for himself traveling back in time. He "borrowed" key pieces of history to sell to eager collectors on the black market. But instead of counting all his platinum bars, he should have studied his history a little more. When he landed on the deck of the Battleship Yamato, looking like some kind of fashion mashup of warring nations.... Well, he was just glad his crew of grumpy salvagers rescued him before he was buried up to the neck in sand to roast in the hot Pacific sun.

Death Row has released lot of sweet new goodies. This cool captain's hat works great for men and women. It comes with a hud to change the texture on the front metal plate. (I went with the skull and crossbones.) The bullet belt for men is one solid obj so it's easy to scale it to fit your shape or outfit. The details are great! The steam gloves comes in 3 colors, and include a resize script for x, y, and z scaling so you can get a perfect fit easily. The outfit bt Phunk I got for Madpeas Mad City Film Noir look, but it also works great for WW2 looks. It's a complete outfit with coat, shoes, shirt, fedora, and cigarette or you can just wear the trenchcoat alone.

RMK Gothic Bunny Hunt: The Madhatter

STORYLINE: Alice lurked around the Queen of Heart's castle. She overheard two guards talking about catching the mole "tallHat." Without a second thought, she snuck into Queen's dungeon to rescue him. After all, this was her fault. He was the one who smuggled information to her. He was the one who challenged her to come in person and see for herself. "Do you understand now Alice, why I want to leave Wonderland?" tallHat breathed. "The soldiers are crazy. The queen is crazy. The cats are crazy. The bunnies are crazy. The only sane soul in Wonderland is myself. I only pretend to be crazy, it's everyone else who is truly mad."

Hunt prize NV tartan pants come in male and female with fun decorative deck-of-cards elements. The Blue Blood hunt prize comes with two different texture styles. If you have been out on the RMK Gothic sim and seen a really cool flying cards and clock effect when someone types, that is the Theater Chain gacha. Everyone who sees this loves it! There are different colors and clock faces for each of the main Alice in Wonderland characters plus secret rares in the gacha. I highly recommend. *thumbs up*

STORYLINE: A year later, Alice helped tallHat create a new identity,"Lewis Carroll," and settle down in London. He continues to make hats, albiet in different style from his old trademark top hat. Alice is still Alice but she left investigative journalism. With the help of her former informant, she penned a fictional story about Wonderland. When her new boyfriend comes to visit, she wears a little something extra special just for him.  - the end - 

Alice is wearing sweet intimates from RoA in the Alice theme. It also comes with a black hairbow (not shown). The book prop she is holding is fantastic. It's made by Down Down Down and comes in normal, AFK, and decoration versions. I showing the Quandary flat Irish cap currently available at Buddy walk (ends March 31st), and there is a version with hair is at the Epicosity Spring Fling (ends April 3rd). If you haven't already lost your shirt at The Arcade run down there fast and try your luck with Tableau Vivant backpack gacha. These bags are gorgeous. The Zebra is my favorite. The Cardigen I am wearing is from Paradise Kiss and it's beautifully made. It moves perfectly and fits perfectly and comes with texture change hud. Work-Life-Balance

Maybe unlikely to wear boots around the house but I just moved to a new skybox and this footwear was the first pair I grabbed unpacking, lol. Anyway, they are from Death row designs and I have been meaning to show them to you for a while, just like the couch set with little table (land impact 12 + 6 prims) from [kusshon] that you can get @ The Men's Dept. for a few more days. It comes with an amazing amount of sit animations, props and the couch frame is colour changeable.

A release I am very excited about is my new skin from NIVARO called Adam. It comes in 8 skin tones, I'm showing you the version called summertone with chest hair. Each skin tone pack includes a version with chest hair, one with trail hair and a no-hair version. They each come with and without a hairbase =  6 skin versions per skin tone pack.

I also wear very nice new mesh hair from { Quandary }. Each of their 4 color sets offers a choice of 6 hair tones via HUD. 

Last but not least, Apple May Designs has released cool Cargo Capri's which come with a belt and Vestigium offers this new tattoo and cuffs. Check them out!

Down Into The Well

His plan was fool proof. Take his date to The Well, a popular make-out spot deep in the woods, and with the help of a few "bumps-in-the-night" she would be scared into his eager arms. Things were going great too, until one of the "bumps-in-the-night" suddenly spoke! It was child's voice begging to be saved. A child fell into the well?

If you love interactive SL horror adventures as much as I do, run go do Loki Eliot's "The Well." It's closing soon. It cost 25L to get the hud. It takes roughly one hour to complete. There are four possible routes, and a prize at the end. Have fun, and uh, turn up the sound.  Booowahahaahaahahaa!

UPDATE: Loki says The Well will come down this week, and version 2.0 will be back for Halloween next year. Yay!

Fun for kids of all ages is the third annual Trick or Treat Event! by Larnia Kids, Beach Street, and Bebe Buttons. The trick-or-treat trail is nicely decorated and will definitely get you in the Halloween mood. As you go down the trail, click the numbered cauldrons for prizes. You'll run into many classic horror characters and scenes. ...Have fun kids, be back before dark, and dont forget to take a flashlight!

Haunted Cornfield Maze is an interactive trail through a corn maze. Follow the clues, find the candy corn, and have a seat at the campfire and listen to spooky ghost stories.

OMG guys, this is the most awesome Halloween costume from Death Row Designs! The head is a great likeness of Beetlejuice from the movie but it's slightly larger, so reminds me of a Halloween mask. I love it. When I made an appearance as Beetlejuice at "Resting Place," I was an instant celebrity. lol. It's Halloween done right. There are 2 mesh heads, normal and smiling, and also a skin texture version you can wear on your shape without the head.

The Last Days of the DV8 store

When I read DV8 was closing, it was like someone telling me an icon had died. I couldn't believe it. It had to be a joke. The first lucky chair I ever tried was at DV8. I often go there to scoop up the many freebies. But sadly, it's true. The store closes Sunday the 17th, and then the DV8 in-world store is gone. So grab your girlfriend, cyber goth buddy, or neko pet, and take them to DV8. Right now everything is priced at only 50L (except hair fat packs). Gacha have all been brought back too. While you're there, don't forget to grab the freebies bag, free diadem,  free bracelets for Petites, try your luck at the Mix and Match, and the last DV8 Lucky Board prize for men is +DV8+ Nuada - Blue. DV8 will continue to exist in the marketplace albiet with only with around 30 items. For those you wondering what will happen to the epic Twisted Hunts, The Torch is reporting the Twisted Hunts will continue. And the DV8 Dreadnought Roller Derby team also plans to continue. I wish the best for all people behind DV8. The 50L sale is nice finale for a legend in Secondlife.

Each store has an exclusive item for only this event. 50% of the proceeds go to the Sophie Lancaster Foundation. Club Gothika will kick the party off at 3 pm sl to 3 am sl time. ...Oh and, keep an eye out for the mysterious "Batmoo." More Information

World Goth Day be broadcast on radio live in NYC WFMU radio, and inworld at Goth Fair sim starting at 3 am ET. 13 hours of music, and the party could last even longer, who knows?
