Snapshot Of The Backlog

Starting this series with a pair of DOUBLE WAIST Denims which ::LikeA:: released @ CCB, the Creators Collection Box, an event unfortunately already ending today. The pants will be available at @ their main store after the event. They come in three colours and sport three different leg styles of which I show you the boots version here, keeping the other two for later posts. A special gimmick is that you wear two mesh items, a capri length pants (which could be worn alone) and one of three different bottom leg parts. 

Also new from ::LikeA:: is the Hoodie with Knit Cap which is available in multiple designs @ their main store. You can wear it with the hood down or with the hood up. Since the hoodie and the sweater part come as two separate mesh items, you could actually combine different colours if you wanted to. Enjoy!

Revisiting Kauna

Nothing like a pair of sturdy boots to take a walk in the countryside and a well-made briar pipe to keep you company.

Discovering Mesh Ears

I was a bit sceptical whether I actually needed mesh ears but the ones from [:S&V:] really offer a lot of options (3 styles, pierced and non-pierced versions available), can be colour-fitted with RGB numbers and come with easy to handle add-on earplugs. You can get them at The Body Modification EXPO which still runs for a few more days!

Event News: Clockwork Spiral, part 1

The same people who brought you World Goth Fair, and Gothmas by Gaslight are back!  The Clockwork Spiral is a shopping and music event in the flavor of Steampunk, Diesel Punk, and Dark Victoriana to help raise money for the National Kidney Foundation. TODAY: Friday the 20th 8pm SL is the BIG Steampunk Party at the Club Gothika Airship in the sky. DJ Lokii Violet of MV will be rocking the house steampunk style, and there will be prizes for Best in Steampunk! Be there!  .... The next party is on Sunday, September 22 9pm SL and DJed by Pie Zipper of Avatar Bizarre and he'll be spinning mixture of darkness.

Yes I said that twice because there are 2 new skin sets on sale right now at the grand reopening.  I am wearing Lucis tone 5 above. This fun scarf I have on is by Static. I love the wind blown look. The face piercing are by Haus of Darcy and were once a group gift, but if you missed it you can pick it up for 50L. The earrings are a part of the Soul set for men, I tinted them red to match the other piercings. The Military jacket I got on a Fifty Linden Friday. This style with start patch on the shoulder is not available now, but if you want the nice green duster, it's the main Deco store. The red and black eyeliner by Tableau Vivant is from the past Gallery Gift Shop hunt. The red pant, which I seem to be wearing a lot, are by The Little Bat and were on sale at World Goth Fair. The eyes are a subscription gift by Poetic Colors, and there is a new one too, Rainforest.  The Airship on the image below is by Garden of Dreams and Super cool. I love the noises and effects on it. Paradise Kiss Sale + Black Fair

WHAT? Paradise Kiss is closing?  *makes panic face*  No, no, no. Dont freak out, but do run to scoop up the sweet deals. The Paradise Kiss inworld store is closing and then moving to the marketplace. From now until the end of the month, you can buy original mesh clothing for men and women at 50-99L. For example the jacket I have on above, "Edgar," normally sales for 399L, but I got it for 99L. The jacket comes in black, silver, white, cobalt, blue, seagreen, brown, red, purple. And now I have some exciting news, there will be a rebirth as Ayashi comes back to it's Anime and J-Rock roots with plans to create entire outfits of total badass including hair, clothing, and shoes. "I see a white room and I want to paint it black." The Black Fair is going on now til the 23rd. The event and gifts are heavily slanted towards the girls however I found a few things for guys to enjoy too: Bat Buddies by Epic, Batman mirror and poses by Wetcat, Mustache earrings by Pure Poisen, black ring by Max Gossamer, high waisted black leggings by U:Refined, and black bag by Chandella. The hair is by KMADD. He had his 7 year rezday and released 3 nice eyes and 2 hairs for KMADD members in the group notices.  Motorcycle 19 has some freebies on the 2nd floor including the silver earring and shades. In the background is a gorgeous lounger by Aisling. (I am loving this store! Check them out at Fantasy Gacha, We <3 Role Play, and Taste the Rainbow hunt) The Lady Sciarri lounger comes with two texture huds, one for patterns and the other for colors, so you can mix and match for your decore style. The lounger comes with single and couple animations. Very nice.
