Who can take a rainbow, wrap it in a sigh

Soak it in the sun and make a groovy lemon pie

The Pelican, the Pelican can

The Pelican can 'cause he mixes it with love and makes the world taste..

What??? it's not the Pelican? it's  the Candy Man?

Ok, excuse me, I 'm going to check those lyrics.
